About Maison Rosée

Maison Rosée is a fictional house, written to show what the Rosée theme can carry. It is imagined as a small haute-beauté atelier on the Place Vendôme in Paris: its own compounding workshop, limited batches, every bottle numbered by hand.

About the demo content on this site

The pieces, shades, ingredient lists and journal articles here were all written for demonstration. The INCI names and functional categories in the ingredient lists are real and can be checked, and the shade diagnostic runs the genuine CIEDE2000 colour-difference formula; but every efficacy figure is invented, and is attributed in the copy to a “Maison panel test”.

If you have bought this theme, replace all of this demo copy with your own substantiated wording before you go live. Most countries and regions set clear legal limits on cosmetic efficacy claims: absolute language (“100%”, “cures”, “zero irritation”) and untested efficacy claims are not permitted.

Every image on this site comes from a public-domain, CC0 or CC BY source, with no ShareAlike / NonCommercial / NoDerivatives condition attached, and each one was checked by eye — licence, subject, and whether it matches the copy beside it. About third-party code

This theme carries no third-party JavaScript libraries. The background rendering, the colour science, the wishlist, the appearance customiser and the search are all hand-written native JavaScript. The typefaces are self-hosted, subsetted web fonts, every one of them under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, with the licence files distributed alongside the theme.
